"When I first went in to purchase a few things there was immediately someone who greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. The person then went to go check someone out and said they would be right back to help me find the right part I needed. I waited for 25 minutes. They were talking to some friends. The other person working walked past me several times and didn't say anything. I was the only other customer in the store the whole time. I finally gave up looking for the part I needed and just purchased my one item. As I went to the register I had to wait for the conversation to end then checked out. I love this store and selection, but this day was a bit off on the customer service. "
